Childless Dog Lady Blog

 The term "Childless Dog (or Cat) Lady" became popular during the 2024 election cycle to describe women who do not fit into the tidy little conservative view of a woman. One who chooses to stay home and raise children. It did not take into consideration why a woman is childless. Is it her choice? Or due to health? Or a condition that life kind of forced upon her. This blog will look at the various reasons why women do not have children and how to live your best life when you feel a bit different from everyone else.

We will look at health reasons, life style reasons, and just how it feels when you dream of children but for whatever reason they are not in your life. We will also celebrate women who simply choose to not have children.

 What it Means to be Childless in America In America, like everywhere, little girls grow up dreaming about being moms one day. We grow up playing with dolls and dreaming of our Prince Charming coming along and then we buy a house and raise babies...just like our moms did!
